• Collaborate closely with user experience and solution architecture teams
• Provide ongoing support during project implementation
• Participate in testing activities to validate and improve solutions
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues
• Document business requirements and solution designs
• Coordinate with technical teams to align development efforts
• Support change management and user adoption processes
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP HCM with 6 to 11 years in functional consulting
• Proven ability to analyze and clarify business requirements
• Experience collaborating with UX and solution architecture teams
• Background in providing project support and participating in testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
