Senior Functional Analyst, SAP SD

The Senior Sales & Distribution Functional Analyst is responsible for delivering professional solutions based on customer requirements, collaborating with internal and external resources to enhance clients" ERP systems, participating in project planning and implementation, maintaining documentation, providing end-user assistance and training on SAP S&D features, troubleshooting daily support issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and team morale. Stay updated on new features and best practices in SAP. Experience & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, finance, or related field - SAP Sales and Distribution support and development experience - Knowledge of commercial & IT business best practices - Multiple project management - Articulate specialist advice in a complex environment - Effective testing/quality control management - Knowledge of change control processes and impacts Skills: - Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution module for at least 4 years - Understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution system development and architecture - Research and analytical skills - Business process review and re-engineering - Internal consulting and advisory - Effective communication skills - Technology awareness - Project management knowledge - Expertise in identifying automation possibilities - Knowledge of EDI/IDOC interfaces - Familiarity with ABAP programming concepts,
