Role Overview: Developer Enablement is a function within the CTO organization with a mission to facilitate software engineering teams in translating business ideas into innovative product solutions. The Codified Controls team, a part of Developer Enablement, is focused on managing policies, standards, and controls through an "everything-as-code" initiative. As a GenAI Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in building high-impact products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously enhancing your skills. Your role will involve working with Generative AI technologies like GPT-4 and Gemini to integrate their capabilities into systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test software applications leveraging Large Language Models and AI capabilities - Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant software development - Set standards for excellence in software quality and user experience - Stay updated with the latest software development trends and AI/ML technologies - Ensure software platforms adhere to Citi's security and Software Development Life Cycle processes - Drive adoption of everything-as-code and codified controls mindset across diverse teams - Develop prompt engineering strategies and AI workflow automation for Large Language Model capabilities integration Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer in product-focused teams - Strong proficiency in Python, Go, and TypeScript for delivering production code - Experience in agile software development environments - Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases, and DevSecOps practices Additional Company Details: The team's diverse tech stack includes Python, Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Generative AI integrations, necessitating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
