Role Overview: Developer Enablement is a function of the CTO organization with a mission to facilitate software engineering teams in translating business ideas into innovative product solutions. The Codified Controls team within Developer Enablement is dedicated to revolutionizing how policies, standards, and controls are managed through an "everything-as-code" initiative. As a GenAI Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in building high-impact products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing your skillset. Your role will involve working extensively with Generative AI technologies such as GPT-4 and Gemini, integrating their capabilities into systems through advanced prompt engineering and API integration. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test software applications utilizing Large Language Models and AI capabilities - Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and within budget software development and delivery - Set high standards for software excellence and exceptional user experiences - Stay updated with the latest software development trends and AI/ML technologies - Ensure compliance of software platforms with Citi's security and Software Development Life Cycle processes - Drive the adoption of everything-as-code and codified controls mindset across diverse teams in the organization - Support cultural change by fostering critical thinking about controls and processes and promoting continuous improvement - Integrate and optimize Large Language Model capabilities in production applications - Develop robust prompt engineering strategies and AI workflow automation Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer in product-focused teams - Strong track record of delivering production code, preferably in Python, Go, and TypeScript - Experience in agile software development environments - Demonstrated expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, container-based microservices, distributed logging, SQL and NoSQL databases, and DevSecOps practices Additional Company Details: The tech stack includes Python, Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Generative AI integrations, necessitating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
