Job Description

We’re building agile, mid-sized web applications where your work will have an immediate impact. As our Senior Full-Stack MERN Developer, you’ll own features end-to-end from concept to deployment while using AI-assisted coding tools to speed up development without compromising code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead features from requirements to deployment (Node.js/Express + React)
Build modular TypeScript services, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and integrations
Create responsive React UIs with hooks, Context/Redux & code-splitting
Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, RooCode, Cline, etc.) to scaffold code, tests, and infra
Review and refine AI-generated code for security, edge cases & performance
Maintain high quality with unit/integration tests (Jest/Mocha) and linting
Containerize services (Docker) and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines
Mentor junior devs and run AI best-practice workshops

Must-Have Skills

5+ years MERN experience (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) with TypeScript
Proven track record shipping mid-scale apps (5–15 screens)
Hands-on experience with AI dev tools (share sample prompts)
Strong automated testing & code quality discipline
Bonus Points For: GraphQL, AWS (ECS/Lambda), Terraform, or prior remote-startup work.
