Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Angular , along with experience in architectural design and leadership . This role involves end-to-end development, designing scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices that are scalable and high-performing.

Work on end-to-end full stack development with strong backend and frontend (Angular) capabilities.

Implement and manage Kafka-based event-driven architecture for real-time data processing.

Contribute to system architecture and design patterns for enterprise-grade applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, security, and testing .

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning .

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

510 years of proven experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices .

Strong knowledge of Angular (10+) for frontend development.

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and data pipelines.

Solid understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and distributed systems .

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and database integration .

Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools ( Git, Maven, Jenkins ).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and ability to work in an agile environment.

Good to Have

Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.

Cloud platform experience ( AWS/Azure/GCP ).

Knowledge of OAuth2/JWT and secure API development .
