Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Laravel (PHP) & React JS Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the digital transformation of a well-established organization. Your primary responsibility will be to build AI-powered, scalable web applications that modernize core business processes in Sales, Distribution, and Finance. By owning the full backend development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, you will deliver automation-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and revenue generation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the creation of user-centric platforms that support large-scale digital initiatives. Your core competencies will include expertise in Backend Development with Laravel (PHP) and Nodejs, API Development utilizing RESTful APIs and GraphQL, Image & Video Processing tools such as OpenCV, PIL, FFmpeg, and MediaPipe, working with various Databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and MongoDB, Cloud & DevOps technologies like GCP, Docker, and Git, Frontend Collaboration using React JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, familiarity with Tools like Postman, Swagger, and GitHub, as well as proficiency in Project Management methodologies like Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira. In your role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable CMS web applications using Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and Node js, as well as designing and implementing RESTful APIs and backend services for web/mobile applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless user experiences, work on image and video processing tools to support media-rich applications, and engage directly with product owners and business teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions. Optimizing application performance, adhering to security best practices, and managing deployment pipelines will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior developers, review code, and drive project delivery. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in full-stack or backend-focused development roles, with proven expertise in media processing and CMS-driven platforms.,
