Job Title: Full stack Django Developer (6+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Django Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable web applications using Django and hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies like Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, and HTMX. Experience with PostgreSQL and REST API integration is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

Build dynamic and responsive frontend features using HTMX, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS.

Integrate with PostgreSQL databases and optimize queries for performance and scalability.

Create and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and third-party integrations.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.

Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience with Django Templates and Django Rest Framework.

Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.

Hands-on experience with Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, and HTMX.

Good understanding of REST architecture and building RESTful APIs.

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with asynchronous tasks using Celery or similar tools.

Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Vue (optional).

Familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies and automated testing frameworks.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
