About the Role:Were seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer & Team Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable web applications and robust backend systems that support rapidly evolving business needs. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong leadership, requiring hands-on experience in technologies like Node.js, Angular/React, MySQL/MS SQL, and modern cloud platforms.You'll lead a talented team of developers, collaborate across functions, and help shape our engineering culture. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers through code reviews and Agile practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps.Technical skillsDevelop full-stack applications using Node.js (Express.js/Nest.js) and Angular/React.Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.Design and optimize MySQL/MS SQL databases.Implement and manage microservices architecture and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).Ensure application performance, security (JWT, OAuth, RBAC), and scalability.Implement CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).Ideal candidate should be able to write, debug, review code as needed for the project

Experience & Required Skills:
Coding candidate should be able to demonstrate strong coding skills in relevant technologies Backend: Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, Microservices, Event-driven architecture (Kafka, Redis nice to have) Frontend: Angular (v10+) and React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript Database: MySQL, MS SQL Server, Sequelize/TypeORM DevOps & Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools Security: JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, OWASP best practices Testing: Unit, Integration, and E2E testing using Jest, Cypress, Selenium Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving, Team leadership and project management, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
