• 5+ Years in Full-stack development with strong focus on React.js and Redux

Build complex, responsive UI components using React.js and Redux

Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions

Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data flow with Redux Thunk/Saga

Maintain cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Implement reusable components and libraries for future use

Back-End Development

Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, or other modern frameworks Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

Ensure security and data protection best practices

Team leadership and Collaboration

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and deliver features

Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce code quality standards Participate in architectural planning and technical decision-making

DevOps & Tooling

Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools

Monitor and debug production issues as needed

Strong expertise in React.js (version 18+), Redux, Node.js & backend databases like MongoDB
