Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript ecosystems with end-to-end Project Lifecyle from design, development, testing to deployment. The ideal candidate will also have back-end development experience, preferably with Node.js, MongoDB or any other databases, and be capable of delivering scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be instrumental in leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and shaping the architectural decisions of our web platforms. 5+ Years in Full-stack development with strong focus on React.js and Redux Build complex, responsive UI components using React.js and Redux Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data flow with Redux Thunk/Saga Maintain cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness Implement reusable components and libraries for future use Back-End Development Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, or other modern frameworks Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL Ensure security and data protection best practices Team leadership and Collaboration Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and deliver features Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce code quality standards Participate in architectural planning and technical decision-making DevOps & Tooling (as applicable) Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools Monitor and debug production issues as needed Strong expertise in React.js (version 18+), Redux, Node.js & backend databases like MongoDB Deep understanding of state management , component lifecycles, and React hooks Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), and web security principles Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, etc.) Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and Agile/Scrum workflows Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and leadership skills
