Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: India (remote) Calling all builders! Moksha AI is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, NextJS, and additional expertise in various technologies including Redux, Google Cloud Platform, ExpressJS, TailwindCSS, SQL, GraphQL, Docker, and Python. This senior role involves both hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior developers and making key architectural decisions. The CTC range for this job will be Rs 8L to Rs 10L depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end and back-end components of our web applications. Lead architectural decisions and establish technical standards for the development team. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide input on design decisions. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance at enterprise level. Implement robust security and data protection measures across all systems. Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical solutions for complex system issues. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development processes. Participate in technical planning and provide estimates for project timelines and resource requirements. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in full stack development with strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Extensive experience with React and NextJS is required. Strong experience with at least 3 of the following: Redux, Google Cloud Platform, ExpressJS, TailwindCSS, SQL, GraphQL, Docker, and Python. Proven experience in system architecture design and technical decision-making. Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior developers. Experience with code review processes and maintaining high code quality standards. Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Proven ability to work independently and lead collaborative team efforts. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter who can take initiative, drive projects to completion, and take ownership of technical decisions.
