Glocal Tech Media is a digital and technology-driven company building innovative real estate and media platforms like NoBrokerage.com, Indias truly brokerage-free property discovery ecosystem. We are expanding our tech division and looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer who can lead development initiatives, manage a team of junior engineers, and build scalable, intelligent web applications leveraging AI and modern frameworks.

Role Overview

You will lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from architecture and database design to front-end deployment. Youll guide junior developers, ensure code quality, and integrate emerging AI technologies to make our platform smarter and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of junior developers and interns; conduct code reviews and provide mentorship.
• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MERN + Next.js.
• Build and optimize reusable front-end components with React.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage databases in MongoDB and MySQL for structured + unstructured data.
• Integrate AI-based APIs or models (OpenAI, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.) into platform features.
• Develop and maintain mobile-friendly applications using React Native or Flutter.
• Handle AWS deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route53).
• Ensure security, scalability, and high performance across the stack.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX, marketing, and data teams for product releases. Stay updated with new technologies and contribute to product innovation.

Technical Skills Required

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL
• Mobile Development: React Native or Flutter (preferred)
• AI/ML: Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)
• DevOps / Cloud: AWS EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, Route53, GitHub Actions, CI/CD
• Tools & Version Control: Git, Postman, Docker (preferred)
• Architecture: Microservices and REST API design best practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing a small team or interns.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with SEO-friendly SSR (Server-Side Rendering) via Next.js.
• Understanding of caching, load balancing, and API security (JWT, OAuth2).
• Exposure to project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello).
