About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience who is equally skilled in front-end/back-end development and UI/UX design. This role requires a unique blend of technical and creative abilities to build highly functional and visually compelling applications that deliver outstanding user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications.
• Lead UI/UX design efforts, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs aligned with business and user needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Develop reusable components and maintain design consistency across applications.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in both development and design.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks: React and Angular.
• Solid experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET Core.
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing design systems or component libraries.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks: Vue.js.
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to user research and A/B testing practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and cross-platform compatibility.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
• 610 years of hands-on experience in full stack development and UI/UX design.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design and development projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
