Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB/Mongoose. Your primary focus will be on server-side logic, API development, database integration, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the applications. Collaboration with frontend developers is essential to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. You will be expected to optimize application performance, implement security best practices, and manage server environments effectively. Additionally, applying AI and machine learning concepts where relevant, by integrating third-party or custom AI models into the platform, will be part of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues promptly are crucial aspects of this role. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to team discussions, and uphold high standards of code quality. Your technical skills should include a strong background in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs for the backend, while being proficient in React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) for the frontend. A deep understanding of MongoDB with Mongoose is required for database management. Experience in server management, deployment (Linux, Nginx/PM2), and performance monitoring is essential for server/DevOps tasks. Knowledge of integrating AI services such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, or ML-based APIs is highly beneficial. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker is preferable. Apart from technical skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
