Senior Frontend Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end code using modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Implement responsive, accessible, and optimized UI components in collaboration with UI/UX designers. - Work with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Zustand, etc.) for managing complex application state. - Integrate and consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless communication with backend services. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers to ensure high-quality development. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks for fast load times and smooth UI interactions. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG compliance) in front-end applications. - Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. - Mentor junior developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to the technical evolution of the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's in computer science (or equivalent experience). - 4+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 1+ years in a lead or senior capacity. - Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Hands-on experience with at least one major framework (React, Angular, Vue) and familiarity with state management. - Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility best practices, and UI performance optimizations. - Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs, plus knowledge of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.). - Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD tools for streamlined delivery. - Demonstrated success in guiding technical teams and delivering large-scale front-end projects. - Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and effectively present complex ideas.
