Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer in Frontend development, you will be at the forefront of creating an intuitive and dynamic user experience through our React-based cloud management platform. Your main responsibilities will include developing, enhancing, and refining high-fidelity, responsive user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our product. You will develop and enhance features for our modern, React-based cloud management platform. Additionally, you will create reusable front-end components and libraries to support future growth. Your role will involve translating wireframes into high-fidelity, responsive user interfaces and proposing meaningful UX improvements. You will actively review designs, document design decisions and code changes, and participate in rigorous code reviews. Writing robust unit tests, engaging in bug fixing, and optimizing front-end performance will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with product management and platform development teams throughout the full application lifecycle is essential. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing front-end applications using React, including Functional Components, React Hooks, and Redux. A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience is required. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS (including CSS pre-processors like SASS), and JavaScript is essential. Experience with RESTful API integration and front-end development tools such as Yarn, Babel, Webpack, and NPM is preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, continuous deployment processes, version control (Git), and project management tools (Jira) is also important. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working with React, including both Functional and Class Components. Hands-on experience with React Hooks and a proven track record of building and managing reusable UI components or libraries is required. Additionally, 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred) is preferred.
