Senior Frontend Developer (React)

Continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies is also a key aspect of this role. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React. Hands-on experience in building B2C web applications, proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript build tools like Webpack and Vite, and strong UX intuition are required. Experience in designing and supporting SaaS platforms would be a bonus. Your technical skills should include a solid understanding of microservices architecture and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis is important, as well as familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS or Google Cloud Platform. Exposure to scalable data pipelines and performance optimization will also be valuable. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are crucial for success in this role. Strong communication and team collaboration skills are essential, along with a proactive, self-driven mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement. A problem-solving attitude, backed by analytical thinking and data-driven decisions, will be key. Experience working in Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe environments is preferred.
