Job Description

Role & responsibilities

7+

years
of experience in building React-based applications and managing them.
5+

years
of experience working with
Javascript, React and Redux.
Possess proficiency in
HTML and CSS.
In-depth experience in building applications from scratch or migrations.
Has experience managing and mentoring small teams of junior front-end engineers.
Has great understanding of Microservices or modular architecture or Micro-front end.
Excellent communication skills and go-getter attitude.
Someone who has experience in working with small company setups, understanding the impact of speed and quality deliverables.
Prior experience in RoR and Unit Testing is desirable.

Preferred candidate profile

Lead the design and development of complex, scalable front-end systems.
Drive front-end architecture and advocate for best practices.
Work closely with product and design teams to plan and execute new features.
Ensure the platform adheres to accessibility and security standards.
Mentor and support the growth of junior and mid-level engineers.
