As a Senior Front End Engineer, youll lead front-end development initiatives to ensure the highest quality user experience for our SaaS platform. Joining our Bangalore team, you’ll collaborate with leadership and guide the team toward delivering innovative, scalable solutions. You are design-focused, detail-oriented and organized. You enjoy the challenge(s) of working with multiple teams, including leading other junior developers and multiple projects. You are curious, with an urgency to grow personally and professionally and aspire to combine usability with visual design Roles And Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex, scalable front-end systems. Drive front-end architecture and advocate for best practices. Work closely with product and design teams to plan and execute new features. Ensure the platform adheres to accessibility and security standards. Mentor and support the growth of junior and mid-level engineers. Key Requirements for this Role: 7+ years of experience in building React-based applications and managing them. 5+ years of experience working with Javascript, React and Redux. Possess proficiency in HTML and CSS. In-depth experience in building applications from scratch or migrations. Has experience managing and mentoring small teams of junior front-end engineers. Has great understanding of Microservices or modular architecture or Micro-front end. Excellent communication skills and go-getter attitude. Someone who has experience in working with small company setups, understanding the impact of speed and quality deliverables. Prior experience in RoR and Unit Testing is desirable.
