The Role in Detail

- Join our elite, fast-moving frontend team to build a new product experience from the ground up, focusing on best practices in architecture, test-driven development, and rapid production deployments.

- 80% hands-on coding: Architect and ship React/Next.js features optimised for scale, handling 100K+ concurrent users with top Lighthouse scores and accessibility.

- 20% collaboration: Design agentic workflows where AI agents generate React components in parallel, review PRs from humans and AI, and train PMs/designers on safe AI integration.

- Daily thrills: Assign overnight tasks to AI agents, refine prompts in Claude Code, and iterate on experiments for mobile optimisation and moreall in a modern stack (React 19, Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind).

Role Requirements

- 5-10 years of deep React mastery (fiber architecture, reconciliation, rendersnot just hooks).

- Proven Next.js production experience with SSR/ISR at scale.

- Solid TypeScript experience: Fluency in writing robust, type-safe code for large-scale applications, including advanced features like generics, unions, and inference.

- Experience deploying Next.js outside Vercel (or eagerness to learn fast).

- B2C portfolio showcasing products with 50K+ active users where performance was crucial.

- Comfort with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot; excitement for orchestrating agentic workflows.

- Based in Bangalore within a reasonable commute to Koramangala; ready to start within 30 days and commit to in-office 5 days/week.
