Senior FP&A Manager- Finance

As a Senior FP&A Manager- Finance at Sulzer's GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting team in India, your role is crucial in providing strategic financial insights and leadership to facilitate global decision-making processes. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive the company's financial performance and achieve its long-term objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. You will analyze financial performance, offer insights for strategic decision-making, and present financial reports to senior management, incorporating variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaboration with business leaders to grasp their financial requirements and provide guidance on the financial implications of business decisions is vital. You will be expected to identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting. Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support business planning, investment cases, and decision-making will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CPA would be advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role is required. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to serve as a service provider to regional business and finance teams are essential. Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools like Excel, ERP systems such as SAP, and BI tools will be beneficial.
