Are you a finance domain expert with a passion for technology-driven transformation We are seeking a seasoned Senior FinTech Consultant to spearhead end-to-end implementations in SAP FICO and treasury platforms, effectively aligning business requirements with robust system capabilities. This role is pivotal for individuals excelling in cross-functional environments, possessing a profound understanding of finance and accounting, and demonstrating the ability to ensure solution excellence across SAP and non-SAP platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FICO, Treasury (Murex/Alladin), and Tax platforms. - Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture and refine finance process requirements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure SAP FICO / Treasury modules. - Drive integration, testing, data migration, and reconciliation during cutover. - Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guarantee business readiness for go-live. - Provide support for training, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation, and troubleshooting post go-live. - Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and enhancements. **Qualification Required:** - CA / ICWA / MCom / BCom with a solid foundation in finance. - Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO and/or treasury/tax solution implementations. - Profound understanding of finance processes including closing, consolidation, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
