Senior Financial Modelling

As a Senior Financial Modelling Associate in the Investment Banking sector with a background in NBFC, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Build and maintain detailed financial models encompassing 3-statement forecasts, DCF valuations, scenario and sensitivity analyses, cash flow waterfalls, and capital structures. - Provide support for capital raising activities such as equity, venture debt, and senior facilities, including tasks like term sheet review, data room preparation, and financial due diligence. - Collaborate with internal teams to work on business planning, KPIs, unit economics, and strategic forecasting. - Demonstrate your expertise by developing robust and dynamic financial models, preferably using Excel, Google Sheets, or Python. - Utilize your exceptional command of corporate finance principles like NPV, IRR, valuation, and cap tables. - Ensure a strong understanding of investor requirements and financial due diligence processes. - Display high attention to detail, maturity under pressure, and the ability to work independently with senior stakeholders. - Utilize excellent communication and storytelling skills to distill complex data into simple insights. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification (Level III preferred) or an equivalent finance qualification such as CA, ACA, or CPA with a strong operational modelling track record within a scale-up company.
