Senior Financial Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Group Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.

Support the consolidation of financial data from our various global offices and business units

Engage with different areas of the business to assist during the annual budgeting cycle

Help develop and maintain financial models to improve forecasting accuracy for key financial metrics

Provide monthly financial updates to budget holders across the business

Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior leadership and the executive team, providing insights on business performance

Project Assistance & Strategic Support:

Collaborate with cross-company teams to gather financial data and insights for strategic projects

Support the FP&A Manager & CFO in various ad-hoc strategic projects

Present financial information that can be used to drive business decisions to optimise costs

Oversight of detailed CAPEX documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

Chartered Accountancy (CA / CPA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel / Google Sheets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
