Role & responsibilities 1. Land Acquisition & Due Diligence Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic objectives. Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including title verification, zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and legal compliance. Collaborate with legal and technical teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes and mitigate risks. Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with landowners and stakeholders. 2. Financial Planning & Analysis Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support real estate ventures. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to inform investment decisions and risk assessments. Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management. 3. Investment Analysis & Fundraising Evaluate potential real estate investments, conducting thorough due diligence and financial feasibility studies. Lead fundraising efforts, including securing project financing and managing investor communications. Structure and negotiate various deal formats, including outright purchases, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Joint Ventures (JVs), and Development Management (DM) models. 4. Operational Excellence Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs across projects. Implement robust financial controls and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project completion. 5. Risk Management & Compliance Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with real estate investments and operations. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements, including RERA and other relevant laws. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to maintain transparency and accountability. Preferred candidate profile
