Senior Finance Executive

As a Vendor Accountant at Minimalist in Jaipur, you will play a key role in the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for various financial activities including vendor account reconciliation, vendor ageing analysis, monitoring vendor advances, recording fixed assets, and month-end closing activities. Your role will also involve working with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. - Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure closure with relevant stakeholders - Analyze vendor ageing and take necessary actions - Monitor vendor advances - Record fixed assets and maintain the Fixed Assets Register - Perform month-end closing activities including prepaid expense booking, expense analysis, and provisions - Prepare various details and analytics from SAP as required by management - Ensure documentation compliance including ICFR and RCM perspective - Scrutinize the general ledger - Work with auditors for year-end closing and reporting - Adhere to internal control policies and SOPs - Ensure compliance with SOP and RCM - B.COM/ M.COM/ CA Inter - 3-6 years of experience - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - SAP Experience is mandatory Join Minimalist, a science-backed skincare brand known for its transparency and efficacy, and contribute to the company's growth by managing financial operations effectively.,
