Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1 .Technical Interviewer and Technical Trainer (Finance Team)

  • Conduct technical interviews for finance, automation, and analytics candidates
  • Assess candidate skills, technical depth, and cultural fit using well-structured methodologies
  • Design interview questions and case studies reflecting current industry practices
  • Provide structured feedback in line with organisations templates
  • Work with management team to design and deliver technical finance training sessions on relevant topics
  • Work with managers to assess training needs for campus hires, develop suitable onboarding training programs, and measure training effectiveness
  • Work with the HR team to provide technical capability building to scale up the workforce.

2. Tech Architect / Automation Architect

  • Lead design and implementation of finance process automation solutions
  • Evaluate, select, and govern technology architectures in line with business objectives
  • Work with cross-functional teams on process optimization and digital transformation

3. Excel VBA Expert (Finance Background)

  • Design and implement advanced Excel/VBA solutions for financial modeling and reporting
  • Automate repetitive finance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Train and mentor staff in advanced Excel/VBA techniques

4. Business Finance & Legal Support / Contract Reviewer

  • Review and advise on commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with financial and legal standards
  • Provide business finance support for deal structuring, risk assessment, and documentation
  • Liaise with legal counsel and finance teams for contract negotiations

5. Finance Content Writer

  • Develop high-impact, technically accurate finance training materials, articles, and documentation
  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging content for varied audiences
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance

6. FP&A and Business Finance

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for client businesses
  • Deliver actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and business partnering
  • Advise on financial strategies, scenario modeling, and decision support

Preferred candidate profile

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Advanced technical proficiency in relevant tools (Excel, VBA, automation frameworks)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and client confidentiality

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; additional certifications (CPA, CFA, CISA, etc.) are advantageous
  • Proven track record in finance, consulting, or relevant specialization
