Senior Finance Associate

Job Description: Sr. Associate - Finance

Location: Gurgaon

• Handle day-to-day accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Ensure accurate GST filings monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
• Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS; manage quarterly returns and Form 16/16A issuance
• Monitor vendor payments, input credit tracking, and expense entries
• Manage accounting entries in Zoho Books and maintain updated ledgers
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow tracking, and expense statements on Excel
• Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for books closure and audit queries
• Ensure compliance with all finance processes, timelines, and documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Graduate (mandatory); CA Inter preferred
• Experience: 23 years in finance/accounting roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Tools: Proficient in Zoho Books, Excel (vlookup, pivot, reconciliation)
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, compliance mindset, ability to meet strict timelines
• Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred

• GST & TDS return accuracy: 100% error-free submissions
• Books closure timeline adherence: 100% within TAT
• Vendor & ledger reconciliation accuracy: 98%
• Audit readiness and query resolution: Within 3 working days
• MIS reporting accuracy & timeliness: 95% compliance
