Job Title: Senior Executive & Asst Manager Accounts & finance
Location:- Andheri West Mumbai Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Associate to join our finance team. The Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations Key Responsibilities: General Ledger Management: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements regularly to ensure accuracy. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Tax Filing: Support tax-related filings and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software systems. Qualifications: CA Inter. 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
