Senior Field Engineer

Role Overview: As a Network Maintenance Engineer at Jio in Bijnor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability and performance of network elements. You will be involved in conducting drive tests, analyzing network availability gaps, and leading a team of field engineers to maintain productivity. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors for timely deployment of network elements and ensure data accuracy and synchronization across all systems. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain network elements in Jio centers - Analyze network availability gap and take necessary actions - Conduct drive tests and create action plans based on analysis - Ensure timely delivery of material at sites - Check key network performance indicators and implement corrective measures - Lead and supervise field engineers for desired productivity - Identify vulnerable operational fiber routes - Coordinate with vendors for deployment of network elements - Conduct acceptance tests and quality audits regularly - Coordinate with maintenance points and field repair technicians for network up-time - Validate and ensure timely closure of open actions against trouble tickets - Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plan and conduct joint field surveys - Release final design for construction in compliance with guidelines - Release capacity augmentation and change request plan as required Qualification Required: - Diploma in a relevant field - 4 to 8 years of experience in network deployment, operations, and maintenance Additional Company Details: Location: Bijnor Skills & Competencies: - Knowledge of network deployment, operations, and maintenance - Project management skills - Communication skills - Decision-making skills - Team management skills - Vendor management skills,
