Senior fashion designer

We are looking to hire for a job profile that involves overseeing and managing various types of designers in our textile manufacturing unit. These include: Embroidery Designers – who create embroidery punching designs. Digital Print Designers – who develop digital print patterns. Screen Print Designers – who create designs for screen printing (block/pattern-based). I need one skilled person who can: Guide and manage all these designers, Provide creative ideas for embroidery, digital, and screen printing, Decide matchings and color combinations, Coordinate sampling, Approve final designs for production, Research and develop new concepts based on current trends, Suggest what types of prints/designs to take and what new things to create that have market potential. This person should be capable of handling day-to-day creative development work and act as a bridge between design and production. They should bring new ideas, onboard designers when needed, and take responsibility for the creative side of sarees and dress material production.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
