As a dynamic and experienced Fashion Designer with 5-6 years of experience, you have the opportunity to join a well-established export house based in Gurgaon. Your role will involve creating seasonal collections and capsule lines that are in line with specific buyer requirements and market trends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Study buyer briefs and interpret design direction - Attend buyer meetings and collaborate with merchandising and sampling teams - Develop original designs and support product development based on buyer tech packs - Conduct market and trend research to stay updated with the latest industry developments **Qualifications Required:** - 5-6 years of relevant experience in designing for UK/EU/US fashion markets within an export environment - Proven experience in attending buyer meetings - Strong understanding of fabric sourcing and garment construction - Ability to meet tight timelines and collaborate effectively across departments - Strong communication skills and the ability to lead when necessary By joining this team, you will be part of a forward-thinking export business with long-standing global clients.
