Role Overview: As a Senior Fashion Consultant in the Retail Sales team focusing on Menswear and Made-to-Measure outfits, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional personalized shopping experiences to clients. You will be offering styling advice, assisting in fabric and fit selection, and ensuring a high-touch service to meet individual sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and consult walk-in clients on styling, fabric, and fit preferences - Handle Made-to-Measure (MTM) orders, fittings, and trials - Maintain high store standards and hygiene practices - Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store-wide goals - Coordinate with the tailoring/master team for delivery timelines - Keep detailed client records, preferences, and order history - Provide top-class post-sale service and foster long-term relationships Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion or apparel retail (store-based) - Strong communication skills and impeccable grooming standards - Passion for mens fashion, styling, and personalized wardrobe consulting - Previous experience in Made-to-Measure or bespoke clothing is advantageous Note: This role specifically entails customer-facing responsibilities in a retail environment.
