As a Senior Fashion Consultant in Retail Sales (Menswear | Made-to-Measure) in Delhi NCR, your role will involve delivering a personalized shopping experience to clients by offering styling advice and assisting them in selecting and customizing their perfect made-to-measure (MTM) outfits. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience while achieving individual sales targets. - Greet and consult walk-in clients on styling, fabric, and fit based on their preferences - Handle and assist with Made-to-Measure (MTM) orders, fittings, and trials - Ensure high store standards and hygiene practices - Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store-wide goals - Coordinate closely with the tailoring/master team for delivery timelines - Maintain detailed client records, preferences, and order history - Deliver top-class post-sale service and build long-term relationships Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion or apparel retail (store-based) - Excellent communication skills and strong grooming standards - Passion for mens fashion, styling, and personalized wardrobe consulting - Prior experience in MTM or bespoke clothing is highly preferred Please note that this is a customer-facing in-store retail role.
