Senior Fashion Consultant Retail Sales (Menswear | MTM)

You are a Senior Fashion Consultant in the Retail Sales field, specializing in Men's Made-to-Measure (MTM) clothing in the Delhi NCR area. Your primary responsibility is to provide a personalized shopping experience to clients by offering styling advice and assisting them in selecting and customizing their perfect MTM outfits. Your aim is to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience while achieving individual sales targets. Your key responsibilities include greeting and consulting walk-in clients on styling, fabric, and fit preferences, handling MTM orders, fittings, and trials, maintaining high store standards and hygiene practices, meeting personal sales targets, coordinating with the tailoring team for delivery timelines, maintaining detailed client records, and delivering exceptional post-sale service. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-7 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion or apparel retail, possess excellent communication skills, maintain strong grooming standards, demonstrate a passion for men's fashion, styling, and personalized wardrobe consulting, and ideally have prior experience in MTM or bespoke clothing. It's important to note that this is a customer-facing in-store retail position, and candidates from non-retail or studio backgrounds, as well as fashion designers, are not suitable for this role.,
