Job Description: You will be responsible for a part-time on-site role as a Senior Faculty or Associate Faculty in Personality Development at Chanakya School of Craft in Mumbai. Your main duties will include developing and implementing personality development programs, conducting workshops, mentoring students, and improving soft skills and leadership qualities. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in personality development training and workshops, possess a good understanding of soft skills and leadership development, and demonstrate excellent presentation and communication abilities. Your role will also require you to provide guidance and mentorship to students, utilizing your strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ideally, you should hold a relevant certification or degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, to ensure you are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in this position.,
