Role Overview As a Senior Faade Designer at 18 Infratech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating faade systems for various projects. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with all relevant codes and standards. Your daily tasks will include creating detailed drawings, specifications, and reports, conducting site visits, and utilizing BIM and CAD software to implement design solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and coordinate faade systems for a variety of projects - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance - Create detailed drawings, specifications, and reports - Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and progress - Utilize BIM and CAD software, such as Revit and AutoCAD, to execute design solutions Qualifications - Proficiency in faade design, including knowledge of materials and construction methods - Experience with BIM and CAD software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools - Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field - Previous experience in faade design and project coordination is highly desirable,
