Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Façade Designer located in Delhi, India. The Senior Façade Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating façade systems for various projects. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing, and comply with all relevant codes and standards. Daily tasks include creating detailed drawings, specifications, and reports, conducting site visits, and using BIM and CAD software to execute design solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in façade design, including knowledge of materials and construction methods Experience with BIM and CAD software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in façade design and project coordination is highly desirable
