Senior executive/Assisstant Manager

With offices located in multiple cities across India, we aim to provide industry-focused, technology-enabled services while incorporating our knowledge of global and local industries and the Indian business environment. **Role Overview:** In this role, your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying training and development needs within the Firm through job analysis. - Designing and delivering training programs tailored to individual needs. - Facilitating trainings as required. - Ensuring consistent performance and meeting set KPIs across all projects and line managers. - Managing activities within budget constraints and assessing the return on investment of training programs. - Producing and delivering in-house training modules. - Ensuring statutory training requirements are met through self-assessment and evaluation. - Adapting existing training programs to the changing work environment and evaluating their effectiveness. - Assisting line managers and trainers in solving specific training problems. - Staying updated by reading journals, attending workshops, and networking with industry professionals. - Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and tracking training hours. - Handling training logistics, MIS, and reporting. - Assessing development through employee feedback on training workshops, new hire induction process, and evaluations from managers. - Ensuring compliance with statutory trainings. **Qualifications Required:** To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 4+ years of experience in Training delivery and Design as an L&D expert. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Strong executive presence, excellent communication, and relationship development skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment. - Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously. - Good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. - Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, and a track record of dependability.
