1. Oversee and manage the daily pickup s as per schedule, knowledge of SAP/WMS must
2. Achieve >95%efficiency of truck, timely arrival and departure of trucks
3. Managing cost, and delivery standards and coordinate with internal teams and supplier to optimize supply chain flow
4. Planning for material picking and arrange vehicle supplier wise in accordance with relevant depts.
5. Implement continuous improvement strategies
6. Eliminate bottlenecks and increase throughput
7. Prepare daily weekly and monthly management reports
Maintain proper documentations and compliance
1. In-deptt knowledge of Milk-run transporter (Picking, Dispatch & Receiving) and ability to improve transport efficiency
2. Understanding of lean logistics, JIT, and Kaizen principles and data driven decision making using KPIs and metrics
3. Expertise in inventory control systems and ability to maintain accurate stock levels
4. Strong verbal written communication skills and ability to coordinate with customer
