Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecalling Executive to lead telecalling operations and support sales objectives related to customer acquisition and retention. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, guiding junior team members, tracking performance, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. This position is suited for professionals with strong telecalling experience and a target-driven mindset.

Candidates with proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or voice-based customer handling roles
Professionals with prior exposure to team handling or mentoring responsibilities
Individuals comfortable working in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle high-quality outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Manage complex inbound calls, including escalated customer queries and complaints
Identify customer requirements, pitch relevant products or services, and drive conversions
Support junior executives by guiding them on objection handling and conversion improvement
Train and mentor junior telecalling executives on sales techniques and call handling best practices
Conduct regular performance reviews, team discussions, and provide constructive feedback
Monitor call scripts and sales pitches and suggest improvements to enhance engagement
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to improve call quality and customer experience
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in the CRM system
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on call volume, conversions, and performance metrics
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty
Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction
