As a Store Manager at ReNew, your role involves ensuring professional and customer service-oriented Store Management to oversee daily operations at Site Stores and manage the operational and organizational standard of Stores. Your responsibilities include: - Systematic planning and physical layout of stores to reduce storage and material handling problems and speed up the flow of materials at the site. - Skilled at handling the inventory functions to curtail inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage. - In-depth understanding of the procedures of ABC analysis, FIFO & LIFO systems, and stores accounting. - Coordinating the conduct of periodic physical stock verification and stores internal & external audits and ensuring a smooth accounting system. - Imparting sufficient training to the Store team regarding the Standard Operating Procedures and educating them for smooth store functions & accounting. - Ensuring a clean and safe work area, including PPEs, housekeeping, 5S, and a healthy hygiene environment. - Streamlining the system & procedures for effective Inventory control for the smoothness of material movement at the site. - Developing storage and managing machine & manpower, and overseeing the receipt, requisitioning, and disbursement of supplies of materials as required.
