Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable machine spare parts suppliers for spare parts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships.
Negotiate favorable contracts, pricing, and payment terms.

Procurement Execution
:

Process machine spare parts purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders (POs).
Ensure timely delivery of parts to meet operational demands.
Manage non-conformities, delivery delays, or damaged goods.

Inventory & Cost Control
:

Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Implement inventory control procedures and conduct audits.
Analyze market trends and conduct cost analysis to find savings.

Collaboration & Reporting
:

Liaise with technical, maintenance, machine spare parts and other departments to forecast needs.
Prepare reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and costs for management.

Policy & Strategy
:

Develop and implement machine spare parts procurement strategies.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and industry standards

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Negotiation & Analytical Skills on machine spare parts
Proficiency in Procurement Software/SAP HANA systems.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Mechanical machine spare parts procurement experience.
Understanding of Supply Chain Management.
