Role & Responsibilities

Strategy development:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and brand.
Market research:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Content and campaign management:
Manage content creation, digital marketing (SEO, social media, email), and traditional advertising.
Brand management:
Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Relationship management:
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department heads, and external agencies to align messaging and identify opportunities.
Event coordination:
Organize community outreach, workshops, and events to enhance hospital visibility.
Performance analysis:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Budget and compliance:
Manage the marketing budget and ensure all materials comply with healthcare regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
