Co-ordinator:
1. To co-ordinate & support all sales related activities by
Ø Handling new leads in a most professional way to proceed for site visits.
Ø Follow up with new leads/prospects for meeting with senior sales persons/management as required.
Ø Follow up and sharing information with the leads/prospects with the concurrence of the team lead.
Ø Follow up and sharing details with the sales associate/DSA’s with the concurrence of team lead.
2. Understanding the needs and concerns of the existing customers and report to the customer care.
3. Work closely with the customer care and projects to have a better product understand and thus satisfy all the customer requirements.
4. To be a part of all the sales meeting and assist the senior persons during the meetings in all required aspects.
5. Understand the product in terms of all different vertical of the business in terms of customer care/legal and projects.
6. To work as a team and to improve the productivity by co-ordinating with customers arranging appointments.
7. To maintain filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports.
8. Ensuring to meet their individual targets are Preferred
