Senior Executive - RBP

In this role of Senior Executive- Relationship & Business Performance for the team of City Business Operations at Swiggy Instamart, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer experience and business performance in the convenience grocery segment. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Recommend and advise on best practices of picking and packing to enhance Customer Experience (Cx). - Advise partner stores on processes for correct picking, packing, and billing of customer orders using relevant tools and dashboards. - Guide partners on utilizing dashboards and portals effectively to avoid inaccuracies impacting customer experience. - Evaluate the quality of Pods in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, and DE issues, and propose measures for smoother operations leading to improved Customer Experience. - Advise partner stores on speed perception and order fulfillment, suggesting best practices to enhance customer experience. - Offer recommendations for continuous improvement in delivering optimal customer experience metrics. - Provide insights on training requirements to enhance customer experience metrics. - Advise partners on addressing changes in demand patterns or spikes in order volumes during holidays or peak seasons, and propose preventive measures to avoid any negative impact on customer experience. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Graduation degree or 3-5 years of retail management experience. - Experience in leading teams of 15 or more people in a retail or store setting. - Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision-making approach. - Ability to adapt to dynamic situations. - Previous experience in the retail, FMCG, or quick commerce industry.,
