Senior Executive Purchase

The role involves handling vendor bills related to vehicle hire and service operations. You will be responsible for receiving, logging, and verifying bills against duty slips, bookings, and purchase orders. Coordination with billing, operations, and accounts teams to resolve discrepancies is crucial. Ensuring complete validation of duty data and supporting documents before processing vendor bills is a key task. Following up with vendors for pending documents, corrections, and clarifications is also part of the role. Maintaining a tracker of all vendor bills, including received, verified, approved, and paid bills, is essential. Keeping a clear record of held bills due to errors and following up for resolution is also required. Compliance with GST, PAN, invoice format, and signature policies for all bills is mandatory. The ideal candidate should have a Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Skills required include knowledge of invoice verification, attention to detail, coordination, and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software is necessary, along with familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. Experience in transport, travel, logistics, or a service-based company is preferred. Knowledge of ERP or e-invoicing portals like Coupa or SAP would be an advantage.
