Senior Executive - Public Relations/Media Relations

As a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at our company, your role will involve developing and executing integrated marketing and public relations campaigns to enhance brand awareness, manage reputation, and drive business growth. Your success in this role will require a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Public Relations & Media Relations:** - Develop and implement media relations strategies to secure positive media coverage. - Distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. - Cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and other media professionals. - Handle media inquiries and crisis communications effectively. - Monitor media coverage and assess its impact on brand reputation. - **Campaign Management & Analytics:** - Lead the development and execution of marketing and PR campaigns. - Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance. - Identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization. - Generate reports to evaluate the success of marketing and PR initiatives. - Manage the procurement of campaign materials through negotiation. - Utilize MS Office for data analysis, presentation preparation, and campaign tracking. - **Other duties may include:** - Budget management for marketing and PR activities. - Supervision of junior marketing and PR team members. - Stay informed about the latest marketing and PR trends and best practices. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field (mandatory). - Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and/or public relations. - Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing and PR campaigns. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities. - Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation tools (preferred). - Familiarity with media relations and crisis communication (preferred). - Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective leadership and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. - Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools (optional).
