Key Responsibilities:

Lead
packaging development
for
new product launches (NPD)
and existing categories, covering
primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging
.
Understand and review
technical drawings, mould designs, and packaging specifications
for development.
Manage
end-to-end packaging development process
, including
online/offline trials
for new products.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(Marketing, Purchase/CMU, Production, QA, and R&D) to ensure smooth development and implementation.
Drive
mock-up and prototype creation
for both existing and new packaging solutions.
Coordinate and finalize
artwork development, approvals, and release
in line with brand guidelines.
Lead
cost-saving and value-engineering projects
to improve efficiency and brand profitability.
Champion
sustainable packaging initiatives
aligned with companys sustainability goals.
Conduct
market benchmarking
to stay updated with latest trends, materials, and competitor packaging.
Manage
new vendor development
for packaging material to reduce vendor dependency, improve quality, and optimize costs.
Handle
vendor negotiations and packaging material costing
effectively.
